Clean and dry the skin before use, making sure the blister area is free of any residue from creams and oils. Remove the bottom paper, avoiding contact with the adhesive side. Apply the dressing firmly over the blister, making sure the edges are well smoothed down. Keep it in place until it starts to peel off (Note: it may remain adhered in place for up to several days). To remove the dressing: do not pull upward. You have to stretch it slowly along the skin.
