1- Empty the contents of 1 packet of Royal Neutral Gelatin into a dry bowl. From 500 ml of cold water, separate a small cup and add it to the Gelatin. 2- Put the rest of the water in a saucepan on the heat until boiling. Remove from the heat and pour the water into the container where the Gelatin was left. 3- Stir until completely dissolved and let cool a bit before using in any recipe. Once the desired recipe is prepared, let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge and... ready to serve!
